I have run my practice for over 20+ years as a Medical Herbalist, using naturopathic approaches and Iridology.
I can meet you online as well as offering telephone consultations.
If you are local, we could meet face to face. We can meet in the rural clinic or in the herb garden, as I see the therapeutic benefits of being in nature. I also offer a range of ways to help you relax, including Reflexology and Indian head massage, mindfulness, as part of our session or as separate treatments.
I also offer a wide range of Therapeutic interventions, Hypnotherapy, Life coaching, NLP, Careers advice and much more, as part of the same herbal consultation if you wish, on line or face to face.
If you opt for a more holistic session, here are some examples showing how it can work.
Apart from using herbs, we could also work together in facing any issues that may be causing some of your underlying concerns. I have extensive experience specialising in the following areas.
a) Anxiety and stress may manifest in physical symptoms that may also exasperate conditions such as psoriasis, IBS, fatigue, insomnia etc. These may be helped by a range of herbs and naturopathic support, but using therapeutic and coaching interventions as well, we can find a range of coping strategies that work for you and so also manage the root causes. Even if have PTSD, EMDR and other support may also help.
b) If you are also feeling low and have perhaps low self esteem or are Neuro-divergent(Autistic/Aspergers), apart from herbs that may help boost your mood , we can also work on how you can feel more empowered and ways to get to where you want to be, removing any perceived barriers.
c) There are many herbs that may help with the various and often changing symptoms of CFS/ME, but support to help manage the frustrations of this debilitating condition may help make all the difference.
d) If you are feeling low and have experienced a loss… of health, job, bereavement etc, apart from perhaps using herbs to help with the feelings of emptiness or physical manifestations such as anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, there are also `adaptogen` herbs to help adrenals and may help promote more stamina and energy. We can also work together to help find a way forward and ways to connect once again. If you feel stuck , finding your own authentic meanings in life can really help. Evidence based research, shows how certain meanings can improve wellbeing. This can be a group activity or individually.
