Lindsay Munro

I’m Lindsay, a clinical herbalist practicing in Newport, Co Mayo in the west of Ireland.

I work with adults, teens, and children experiencing a variety of health issues. I use herbs in the form of tinctures, teas, powders, and topical applications as well as diet and lifestyle adjustments in order to support your health and wellbeing.

I am here to hold space and listen compassionately to your health story and to support your unique needs with the plants that can help you can find more balance, more health, more vitality, and more ease in your body.​
